QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Apr 12 2016, 12:35 PM) I can't remember which telco, allow re-activation of terminated num (if num still available ) on condition that you need to top up certain amount of credit. I was using Hotlink as a spare line and accidentally allowed it to be terminated. I did not receive any SMS prior to termination to warn of this. I called the CS and they say SMS was sent 3 days before, but I have no record on my phone. I was allowed to reactivate it as long as the number have not been recycled yet. To reactivate I have to got to Maxis center and wait up to 7 days for the SIM to be activated again and then I have 4-days to top up before it is terminated again. Just sharing.

Hi,
Just want to let u all know that back in Jan, my postpaid free minutes was reset on the 31st Jan instead of 1st of the month. This have caused me to be overcharged on the next month bill because usually I make more calls to UMobile numbers once I used up my free all-net minutes as there are 30 minutes on-net free daily.
Because of the early reset, those UMobile calls have taken up my all-net free minutes quota. I still get my full all-net and on-net minutes though.
I'm currently still trying to get this resolved with the CS, but apparently the billing guys fail to see the difference.
So just make sure you check your bills in details.

QUOTE(killer_pussylover @ Apr 13 2016, 11:37 PM) Anyone here experiencing frequent overheating battery due to U mobile poor/limited network coverage? For me it is due to data coverage. At places where it is able to connect at H+ but signal is not enough to allow data to go through, my phones tends to heat up and drain the battery. you can identify such areas if you have the mobile activity icon (the one with the up/down arrow) where the 'up' arrow' turns on almost constantly but no 'down arrow'. I suppose it is because of all the apps trying to sync repeatedly using the poor connection. Try switching off the mobile data, works for me.
