If i terminate after a few days of May, am i get charged by 50/31 per day or half month fee? I am using p50 postpaid...

I am really so geram my weak connection and data error in Subang and Cyberjaya area, it is really impacted to my daily usage for the incoming/out call and sms at all times, it is only getting 1-2 signal bar on 3G.

I have been follow-up my incident and feedback with Umobile Customer Service, until now the customer service doesn't reply anything, the Umobile previous feedback was due to the infrastructure build, Umobile is not able to confirm the new tower will be on air in the said area.

I have been logged the case to MCMC consumer complaint, I'm really need to port out but i am bonded by umobiled contract for 2 years, i was just signed up for the iphone plan. i cannot stay on unresponsiveness telco.

Please help.......

you should tryt o find better signal spot or upgrade your device to 42Mbps ot 4G LTE device

Thanks, but I am living in a pretty crappy area which doesn't support TmGO or Streamyx. MY only option was Umobile which has full bar in my area.

I just checked my dongle and it is 7mbps. I guess this is the reason why I had an unstable connection? I wonder if I changed it to 21mpbs, would it helps?

But my area doesn't have LTE or LTE device is superior in hardware department than 21mbps?

I got the speed but not the stability.  Sometimes the connection dropped to 0 for few seconds. So i really hope that lte 4g or 21mbps can solve the unstability.

I also suspect that my dongle may be overheated during that time.

It is terrace house. My house got the full bar for Umobile. Just experiencing hiccup sometimes which is irritated me when I am gaming.

Now testing at Penang island, Bayan Lepas area, FTZ industrial zone (Phase 4 area, nearing Batu Maung).
At dark zone, only able to get "Edge" signal inside the building, and very week 3G signal outside building.

The "Edge" speed is quite stable.
Still manage to use Whatapps and WeChat, but Facebook take minutes to load.

HSPA 42.2/5.76  .. in gsmarena..  most cheepo android only have hspa+ max 7..  i have achive download on 1 day free internet umobile..
