QUOTE(Nels @ May 14 2016, 10:40 PM) Erm, I don't think so.. but 1) Is both smartphone LTE (4G) capable? 2) Is the prepaid quota (High Speed Internet or Basic Internet?) 3) For reference purposes, what smartphoneS are you using to compare? That is all the variables I can think off that may affect your internet speed. 1)yes 2) UMI 20 (1.5GB- now change to 2GB package) 3)Redmi Note 3 (snapdragon) and Meizu MX4, after i switch the sim card, speed work excellent, i think it's not my phone problem

QUOTE(victorywp @ May 14 2016, 11:36 PM) maybe you already used up your high speed internet and currently on basic speed only. the only difference is because postpaid has higher high speed data than prepaid, so she still enjoying high speed ibternt while you are not. still got 873mb left....
