Happy with my U28. Internet is spotty, for example at my office cubicle, shows H+ with 3 bars (I turned off 4G), but data is intermittent, it's obvious when streaming music or playing online games. Walk somewhere 5-feet away and it's good. Location is Pudu KL.

Another annoyance is that U-Mobile cannot send SMS to shortcodes like 33188 or 62002, so have problems activating credit cards, checking Samsung warranty, etc.

Any trick to send to shortcodes? Any feature to turn on or whatever?

Hi. I've tried sending to 33188 and 62002. It will simply fail to send. Receiving is not a problem at all.

I applied to port to Celcom on Sat and just now successful already. Now using Celcom SIM card.
