Just signed up for a U28 post paid, and I can't get the mobile data to work no matter how I try, saying my mobile data is turned off when its actually on.

On the network bar, there's a G sign with a little R besides it and I guess its on 2G mode roaming? Which is a little weird as I live in Seri Kembangan and according to the coverage map there should be 3G network coverage here.

Edit: So...I got the connection to work, but it's still a slow connection, on roaming, that only offers 0.1 mbps download speed, what could be the problem?

Does anyone knows how to disable advertisements from Umobile? The SMS spam is getting out of hand lately that I receive messages almost daily.
