Usually I will call UMobile customer service to complain about the network coverage, 0183881318. Please Please be patient with the level of customer service. They some time do ask rather stupid questions which the information had already given to them.
Calling their Helpline itself requires a whole new level of patience, because they never seem to pick up!!!Subscribed to UMI, credit deducted, but was told that I'm still not subscribed to any UMI plans when checked. So decided to call the Helpline, but no one picked up despite numerous tries from 12-6pm. Crazy
