A few questions needed your help..I've just ported to Umobile plan U28 from digi prepaid and :-

1) Is there a must for me subscribe to international roaming to receive calls and sms while in singapore working? (ps- previously my digi prepaid i have no issue of receiving calls n sms, just that i needed to connect to starhub network.

2) Based on what @huaweie5830 bro mentioned, if i change to a higher plan with more data and RM10 roaming, can i use the internet like in malaysia? how bout the call charges? any additional call n sms charges imposed other than the plan? (ps- currently i've a sg line with monthly commitment of sgd 58 and the contract is nearing end)

Does that mean if i did not activate the international roaming services, hence i'm not able to connect to sg network to receive calls and smses like i normally did with my digi? this is because sometimes will need to do ibg transfer hence will need to receive the tac.

And exactly what is SIphony? Googled and seems like it's an external services to divert calls?

Understood on the data backpack deal only for the internet, hence i might as well retain my sg number..or any alternative way?
