hai guys,,currently im on u28 plan and i want to mnp my no to celcom...if i go to umobile centre, do i need to pay for this month usage or straight away cut from the advance payment i made during first time reg..

hai guys...lets say i want to cancel u28 tonight and i have last month bill pending rm 29++.. and i want to mnp to celcom.. just in case i pay the bill now and its for last month usage, how about the 10 days usage one??still rm28??
