did anybody remember that maximum prepaid balance to be transfer into postpaid bill is how much ?
i just asked some one answer me 100, and email to customer.service asking again

convert to postpaid that means

convert to postpaid then the balance brought into ur bill

according my knowledge is , POWER prepaid without any UMI30 or above call rate is RM 0.1 per 30 seconds , RM 0.2 per min

but according to the leaflet and u.com.my, seems like any power prepaid entitled RM 0.1 per min

any 1 here using umi20 or no plan and tested the call rate ?

*just used my no plan prepaid calling 03 number, deduct 0.05 after 1 second*

in our system, the data running and recorded within few mins after the usage, hard to tell if ur phone record is so much differ from the system, easier to check by daily, and to be informed that all VOICE call and DATA is calculated in BLOCK

which means making 10* 1 second call (30seconds a block) = utilize 5 mins free call

but I am not sure whats the block size for data

as the attachment, usually showing the FREE STREAMING 2am-10am 500mb youtube (reset daily)
and also your package data, including upload and download volume.

you got deposit of 28 to offset these 10 days usage, let say still got balance they will issue cheque for u
or u better port around end of month so the RM 28 fully utilized

actually got better discount up to 50% and my fren just did it, limited time and slot but super attractive , i am going to try later too on top up / bill payment

My lesser discount 50% is straight away 50% of amount paying instantly to get 100% payment made, due to very limited, so i use myself 1st this month finished already, waiting for next month

feeling like lots big company start spending money like water, these are absolutely not profitable discounts.
