last year u still able to call center 018 388 1318 to call to help to activate, but with that method my prepaid sims packs are stolen since after customer saw the numbers on the sims pack in my shop, then they call to center to complain that I didn't help to register, in fact they didn't buy it, then they porting out it/ getting replacement @ center, especially for some nice numbers.

every different shop/ giant / 7e got own 6 digit password for customer to register the sim packs by themselves, for whatever reasons, if some1 is unable to activate the PREPAID card immediately for you, you might have lots more trouble to get it activated than saving the few bucks same for NEW postpaid / broadband registration. MNP then u need to refer to good reputation dealers for following up.

Guys, is there a way to permanently disable auto renew for any UMI plans?
I'm on Power Prepaid so once I finish my 1gb then only I subscribe UMI.
Does anyone else find the auto renew kinda useless now?

just went back to giant today . giant also don't know the 6 digit password just ask me leave my name and Ic number on a registration paper then they said will wait for the promoter come only they will help me. activate the number .

until the 6digi password question, just follow the PIN that write on the simcard.

if not wrong is only 4 number... just try the 4 number and see how..

u know what....I subscribed to UMI20 then now UMI30...I have the feeling mine will NOT auto renew cause everytime I execute the USSD, keep on saying I have not subscribed to any plan.

But take note, I only do the subscription via Umobile App but not USSD. Via the Umobile app keep on stating I have not subscribed to any plan. But I can see UMI30 in my details

Sigh I applied for it Sat morning, now still haven't activate. Initially said within 24 hours, then when called Sun morning CS said can be as long as 3-5 working days.... today going SG already leh.
