Hi guys, just wondering . when u sign up/port in to umobile ,your first bill, do they charge you  "Itemised Bill Statement " ?

Not sure why , when i sign up , i clearly told them i do not want this option and they said okok yet on my first bill they still charge me.

Called the call center they said "oh this one is normal on first bill. have to pay, then now u can call and cancel and next month wont have"

Now second month, they still charge me for that.

Anyone encounter this issue?

I just want to check whether this is normal with data usage difference recorded on the phone and in the bill, particularly with UMobile.
The top part of the image below is from the bill while the bottom is from the phone for the respective month.
I can understand if they differ by about 20% or so. But 12 times higher???

MNP to umobile 1 month ++, so far so good. But I have one problem only. How can I finish my credit when umobile give me 1GB of data every month?!?!?!
Now my credit already near expiry and I have only used 2 ringgit from the RM50 i topped up
