Under what situation does power plan become cheaper than U28, for example?
*
Users that use about 3-5GB per month. Higher than this, postpaid is definitely a better deal. Or else, prepaid and postpaid are quite on par

Sifus..need help, bought umobile today using on my one plus one. First time I used sim it has H+ now after restarting only E shows up. I know signal here I good as my housemate is using the same and has 4G. I already tried LTE On..help please. TQ
*
According to my knowledge, this device is only capable to connect to FDD-LTE only in roaming which Malaysia is using provided that your set is from China. It's different story if the unit is from US

Hi guys, just wondering . when u sign up/port in to umobile ,your first bill, do they charge you  "Itemised Bill Statement " ?

Not sure why , when i sign up , i clearly told them i do not want this option and they said okok yet on my first bill they still charge me.

Called the call center they said "oh this one is normal on first bill. have to pay, then now u can call and cancel and next month wont have"

Now second month, they still charge me for that.

Anyone encounter this issue?
*
You are forced to have itemized bill first month you can cancel for following months

Hi folks,
I just want to check whether this is normal with data usage difference recorded on the phone and in the bill, particularly with UMobile.
The top part of the image below is from the bill while the bottom is from the phone for the respective month.
I can understand if they differ by about 20% or so. But 12 times higher???

I never had problem with their system usually it's +-2-3MB from my data counter and I usually use 2.5GB per month

Hi I was tempted to switch to Umobile postpaid after being a maxis customer for more than 12 years maybe Im not sure but for as long as I can remember lol

Besides the low price and high data, what's the catch? Is it comparable to maxis?
*
There's totally no catch at all if you take your time to read TnC. Read the TnC take only 5-10 minutes. Don't be lazy biggrin.gif

I need an honest feedback

I am maxis user for all my life, now i am on the fence to switch to umobile

My concern is coverage, more specifically data coverage

I am in kl most of the time and i prefer 4g speed. Is umobile realiable enough compared to maxis?

What about calls quality and call drop?
*
If you're in U Mobile LTE coverage, you are extremely lucky because it's super fast at about 30-40mbps. If you travel outside of Klang Valley a lot, U Mobile definitely not a good choice. Dropped call? Never happened for me.

Thank you so much for your explanation

How much is the cost for calling 1-300?

free slow 2gb - calendar month

this would be the same as other providers throttle speed once you finished your quota...wonder what happen if this quota also finish  rclxub.gif
*
After 2GB basic internet quota exhausted, internet will be cut off

any one can share whether u mobile internet broadband speed ok?

they have 2 modem: 21mbps mifi modem and 4G mifi modem?

any one know the actual download speed for both modem.

I wanted to get internet mainly for home use, surfing, light download and watch you tube, since U Mibile giving free for watching you tube? any one using now?
*
21mbps is using HSPA+ and you should expect about 7-10mbps download speed and 1-2mbps of upload speed. LTE expect around 30-45mbps download and 8-10mbps upload.
