Downloaded Umobile app and tried to create Virtual U-Card. But it say tht I already registered. Wondered if anyone encountered this before? I have not make any registration at all previously.

I also face this problem. In the end I obtain the orange card from U Mobile store and key in the code manually

I haven't registered before this. I think got some bug in the app where you cannot create virtual ucard. But if using manual method (the other option) it works

On the prepaid package, I am wondering (correct me if I am wrong), but as per my understanding, the Free 1GB high speed internet (every 30 days)

Let say I activated my line and topup RM10 on the 10th Apr, so my free 1gb high speed internet will reset on the 10th May.  However coming June, the reset date will be earlier by 1 day to 9th of June due to the fact that May is having 31 days! And this calculation wil go on and on reset date as follows

9th June
9th July
8th Aug
7th Sept
7th Oct
6th Nov
6th Dec and so on

So is my understanding correct?

i didn't face this problem. for me, even updating apps or open google maps also using onz lol...

Now use vpn  to surf internet

at some areas during night time the data network is very poor even full bar @ H+, i have to set 4g only to get the LTE and this is stable, but most phone unable to set LTE only, normally is LTE preferred
so I googled and learned to set LTE only for my redmi note 3 by dialing *#*#3636633#*#*  and set the network to LTE only and it works nicely

I think the U Card issue through the app is rectified already. I was able to register a new virtual card just now.

does postpaid plan can roaming? or require to pay deposit?

Are there any down sides uf using vpn for the scenario whem telco line temporary bad ?
