Was there any issue with umobile network especially last sunday

I made online purchase at noon and I was having hard tiime to receive my OTP for my credit card oayment to proceed, but after few minutes and several resend it went through.

THen later at night on 1 may, I was trying to pay for my pizza purchase but I never able to receive my OTP so I have to choose cash payment.  And I only received all OTPs for my payment on 4th May 2016.  This is ridiculous

I hope it will never happen again in the future

Just a quick question. Where do we get the Bcard for U card registration?

using dual sim phone after that my OTP for card payment always late about 30 minute.

I am currently having a prepaid in my sim2. And I am intended to mnp my mainline, another 3lines to umobile too.

May I know :
1. Umobile App is capable to capture all data for all lines in one app?
2. if I want to change some of the line ownership to other name after port in umobile, is there any charges?

I also registered already but how to get the card? To register on umobile apps need pin code from the U card...

i personally feel that umobile 4g data speed is slow.
and data usage are charge heavy.

Another question:

I just top-up RM10 for the first time using the App with 4 days validity remaining. May I know when will the 1GB free data be available? Will I receive any SMS regarding this? I still have 141MB remaining from the Starter pack. Do I need to get it finished before I could see the 1GB or it does stack together with the starter pack?

Update:
I also realised, upon top-up I have 10 days validity instead of 14 days (10 days from top-tp + 4 days remaining).
Doesn't seem tally with what the website says under Q&A "How FREE High-speed Internet Works"

Guys I already subscribed to UMI 28, but my quota is about to finish soon. If I top up another RM30 and subscribe to UMI 28 again will the quota refresh? The booster RM10 doesn't sound like a good alternative.

Does the YouTube free streaming apply on YouTube video upload?

1) between Hero P70, i90, i130, UD95 or UD135. Only Hero P70 do not have contract, while others all are under 12/24 months contract, right ?

2) I am aiming for the free roaming function for P70 "DATA BACKPACK", can i know what happened after the internet quota being used up 100% ? can i continue on the internet with limited speed / direct cut-off / additional charge for roaming ?

3) Can the Video Onz "Unlimited Streaming" still applicable when i am overseas using FREE roaming under Hero P70 ?

4) After 31 Dec 2016, when the additional 8gb data for Hero P70 no more , can i choose to downgrade to lower plan such as P50 or U28 ?

5) Can the add-on data booster to be shared between principal and member line ? and can it be used for FREE roaming ?

Heyyaall, just wanna ask u guys about VideoOnz by Umobile. Currently using P50.

When they said, we can stream youtube using VideoOnz feature, so i tried. However, it seems that Umobile deducted my main data instead VideoOnz allocated data. Has anyone having this issue?

For UMI 30 prepaid plan, if i topped up on May 1, and on June 2,  i have used up only less than 1 Gb fast internet quota and i have not done the next top up,
Will the remaining of 2gb fast internet quota be carried forward to the entire month oh June ?

If got a lot of unused quota until 31st May, how many quota can be Carried forward to June?

I'm on U28 and am travelling to SG for 4 days. Will cost RM40 (RM10/day) for data while there.

Is it possible to immediately upgrade to P70 and use the free data backpack while there, and then downgrade when coming back? Does the upgrade wait for billing cycle or pro-rated?

For the roaming partner, you dont have to worry at all. I was there in Singapore last month and its true that if you dont roam on Starhub, your data roaming dont move at all, so you have no chance to even get a bill shock, unlike other operator.

But i think if we sign on to P70, it would have to terminate out to get back the U28 right? or maybe pay a penalty charges?
This is interesting, I too also wish to know about it.
I was hoping if they have like just RM15 for 3 days pass or RM30 for 1 week pass. Dont mind paying that.

prorated is ok but do they charge another advance rm70? And how many days to process the upgrade from U28 to P70?
