Quick question. Is Mazda offering free service? If yes, how many years? Include parts and labor fees?

How to use USB mode
Type Playable data
USB mode MP3/WMA/AAC/OGG file
This unit does not support a USB 3.0 device. In addition, other devices may not be supported depending on the model or OS version.
USB devices formatted to FAT32 are supported (USB devices formatted to other formats such as NTFS are not supported).

Above is extracted from 2018 CX-5 manual.
On my 2018 CX-5, only USB 2.0 thumbdrive can be played.
Might be similar reason for Mazda2

My 2017-made M2 can detect my Sony 16GB USB 3.0 thumb drive. MZD Connect plays the MP3s in the drive just fine.

There's no mention of FLAC, but I've never tried playing FLAC to confirm what's stated in the manual
