Can. This is roughly the same type of clip used on our car. Abit tricky to unscrew it though.

Anyway, if you do break the clips, can always go buy some replacements. Don't think it's expensive but I'm not sure :/

Just got the Android Auto/Apple CarPlay upgrade done. If you're using Android, you can't use the touchscreen and the navigation takes some getting used to... CarPlay you can use the touch screen but I haven't tried it out yet... Still undecided if it was worth upgrading.

Official upgrade from Mazda Thailand... I did the upgrade because it sounded cheap compared to all the other official numbers I read online. Total paid around RM 800 - you can get less if you only choose Android Auto or CarPlay alone. CarPlay works better than Android Auto... at least you can use the touchscreen when you aren't moving... which is kind of a pain in the ass because I just switched to Android for my main device.

Anybody getting armrest? Is there a recommended one without drilling & etc.

I haven't been admitted into the mym2 fb group yet, so can't ask there.

Non-drill one not so steady. Taobao can get less than RM200.

Drill one got one premium that fits nicely. RM700++ (Rati Armster 2)

The lower spec (Rati Armster S) is cheaper though. Forgot the pricing.

Do you know anyone or shop that have stop of the Armster S or Armster 2? Seems like many don't have stock for this. Even the seller on mudah has no stock of the Armster S.

Rati is premium product. Not many dare bring in, later can't sell. Mostly also pre-order

True also. Prices quoted by resellers also super duper high. Anyway, I ordered through Rati's own site. It's on the way here now. Way cheaper than quoted by the above seller who doesn't keep stock either and will preorder for u.

BTW are the u Justin who arranged the group buy for Rati armster 2 in mym2 previously?

Want some feedback from those people who are using Rati. Is it worth it to drill? and would it somehow void the warranty if i drilled when my car is under warranty?

Nope. That is Justin Ooi, Penang member. I also bought my rati from him. Nowadays he doesn't seem active in organizing groupbuys

If you ask me, I would say Rati fits perfectly in terms of size, height, and thickness. Quality is there too. Been using it for 3 years already, still working perfectly.

Recently there was a armrest groupbuy from Taobao, cheap cheap RM100++. But the height was too high and too thick, not comfortable to rest your arm on it + affects when you wana pull the hand break.

Drill vs non-drill = see the design. If you look at Rati's design, it needs to be drilled else it cannot stand and support the weight. Got some design the base is thick, so dont need to drill. Can just place it over that square pocket area in our car.

In terms of warranty, NO it does not affect. Its an add on internal car accessory which does not affect the car in terms of wiring or the bodyframe.

I believe most people who booked during GST free period already got their car. Anyone can rectify this as well?
I booked during early June and got my car end October. You should really check with your SA. That's almost half a year!
