B pillar rattling issue and noisy suspension knocking issue, now an owner's club are working with Bermaz to resolve these issues.

As usual went to Mazda service center at Equine Park Seri Kembangan this morning. Once again satisfied with their service. I complained the knocking sound to them, they checked and said it's the front absorber mount that caused it, they ordered the parts and will replace it for me in the coming weeks. They will also change the back absorbers, due to the rubber thingy wore off. Still under warranty so no charges. thumbup.gif

Battery so far so good, it's been 1 year and a half, didn't use the start/stop function frequently. Hopefully can go more millage before replacing.

Just curious, of the particular offer (RM5k rebate) you got, does the gvc version come with led?

mazda never give high rebate, that's their "unique" way of doing business.

noticeable tyre noise, but you hardly hear the engine roars when speed goes beyond 90kmph (almost can't hear it), better than honda city. wind noise is minimal (almost absent, depending on your hearing sensitivity), but you can hear the sound of motorbikes and lorries passing by.

however, when on uneven road, the car will "bounce and vibrate" maybe due to "hard" suspension.

handling is very good.

not yet do first 1000km service and the current fuel consumption clocks at 13km/l.

is the GVC model still using dunlop enasave tyre?
seems like GVC sound insulation is better, non GVC tyre noise and wind noise quite noticeable.
