 Recommend good orto/chiropractor in KL, Muslce/Nerve impingement in my ass

Hello,

My problem:
Briefly, 3 months ago i did Romanian Deadlift (RDL) for the first time, no pain perfect form all good. But once I put the bar down, my right side of my ass had super sharp sciatic nerve pain and I could not walk properly for 3 weeks after that. After 60+ days it was fine and now 85 days has passed and I'm fully pain free.

However I tried doing RDL again and this same pain/pinching is coming back. At first I suspected a pull/tear, but now I realized this is more like some nerve impingement in my right ass since it only takes 60 days for tears to heal. It flares up all the time for 3 days after I do RDL and then goes away.


Recommend orto/chiropractor
Firstly I am not sure if I should see an orthopedic or chiropractor. Secondly could you guys who have experience please recommend me a good one who is affordable and knows his stuff, and committed to fixing the problem.
I ask this because I once see a dermatologist for my acne who really abused my cash by making me buy endless antibiotics and visiting her multiple times so she can maximize profit. Bad experience.

imo, chiropractor is a good starting point.

it may act cause by ur saraf tunjang been sprained. been sprained like dat b4 but not severe like urs. d pain were below abit hips.

in other words, do ur roll foaming, stretchin n warm ups b4 do workout.

I dunno what is wrong. Already 80 days, any sprain tear whatever shud heal edy. I also been strecthing and improved my hamstring flexibility by 100% already. Foam rolling, warmup whatever doesn't help shit. In fact warm up sets for RDL will start to bring back the pain.

Also did sciata test, piriformis test, what ever test all negative. So really need proper professional help. It's like something is misaligned in my right ass. My pain in only in the ass, does not go down the leg lik sciata.

I got this pain in the mid section of chest too sad.gif got it back then when i do cliff diving , tried to swim up before the momemtum is gone sad.gif( . I cant do dips for month . I heard there is urut sukan at cheras haha dunno can trust or not
