Nope: coz you still need to authenticate yourself via log-in.
Two examples of such hotspots are Airzed and TMNet's Hotspot.
I have heard that you can use these hotspots if you have the NDS Browser (to bypass the verification, then you can use it with whichever WiFi game you have), but I am not sure if that's the case. Anyone with the browser willing to confirm on this?

???? I thought TimeNet doesn't need login at all? Because most Starbucks have been on TimeNet and I have no problems logging into WFC with most.
