How's your knee now? Is it better?

Even with surgery your knee won't be 100% again, you will get max 80% after that. It all depend on how you take care of you knee after the surgery. I can't wait to exercise even after 2 week of surgery so my knee is only 70% now but I still can swim, jog and do some workout. Normal walking is not a problem anyway. Surgery will be the last option if you have no choice because it is a long recovery process. By the way I did the stem cell regeneration on my knee as well (this is torturing!!!) hahaha... sweat.gif

You did the surgery with Dr. Saw or Dr. Tay?
Are you back to sport now?

Self paid or insurance claim?

Wow.... I totally forgot about this post since 2015 lol.... Dr Tay operate me at Gleneagle medical center... He have a clinic there, my insurance cover the operation fee at Gleneagle but not physio. KLSMC and s not a panel hospital for GE... You have to pay first and claim back later....
