QUOTE(Jordi @ Apr 20 2015, 01:22 PM) How's your knee now? Is it better? Even with surgery your knee won't be 100% again, you will get max 80% after that. It all depend on how you take care of you knee after the surgery. I can't wait to exercise even after 2 week of surgery so my knee is only 70% now but I still can swim, jog and do some workout. Normal walking is not a problem anyway. Surgery will be the last option if you have no choice because it is a long recovery process. By the way I did the stem cell regeneration on my knee as well (this is torturing!!!) hahaha...

QUOTE(terrytan @ Apr 21 2021, 03:18 AM) You did the surgery with Dr. Saw or Dr. Tay? Are you back to sport now? Self paid or insurance claim? Wow.... I totally forgot about this post since 2015 lol.... Dr Tay operate me at Gleneagle medical center... He have a clinic there, my insurance cover the operation fee at Gleneagle but not physio. KLSMC and s not a panel hospital for GE... You have to pay first and claim back later....
