800psf seem doesn’t fit buy low sell high theory as the price is really on the high side. smile.gif As you can see more affordable property come into the market, supply and choice wise will be much competitive. I guess property price may stagnant for sometime as more supply will affect the overall market price. In the past, exsim product maybe good for flip as overall price is cheaper in 3-4 years back. Furthermore, there are lesser unit compare to current millez 1.5k unit. I would say Exsim product really solid and impress but have prepare to hold longer for current pricing and total unit.
