I wonder how's the infrastructure like ??? The road into the site is a little complicated .

Exsim boss like the hokkien MEE. He suggested them to move inside the Shoplot after they build the new project behind their stall.

I got my units booked few days ago . I was told 100 units were sold for 1 weeks . No referral fee for Block A as its the cheapest block . I personal thing its a good buy as Exsim gives "wow" factor to all their purchasers in previous projects such as Petalz, Twin Arkz, Treez and Leafz.
Who need more info can pm me. I will ask my SA contact you .

Lolz u think too much . Referral only will apply next block as gross price will increased 3% . U need to wait until next month launching Block B then you will know what am i trying to say : P

I personally think it's good buy. It's freehold and 80& furnished. I kinda like the location as its strategic and near to mid valley. Unlike MRCB 9 Seputeh selling Rm 830 psft and its leasehold.

Tower A not fully sold. its sold by iQi Agent only. No referral disc no existing Exsim member disc cos i believe the price is lower than Tower B at 2.5% . Tower B more expensive as 29 & 30 July they give back 2%.
However i think Exsim wanna sell it out quick and launch the Bukit Jalil project very soon. They should give more discount and sell it themselves . so benefit us
