Went to visit the showroom yesterday, Tower A and B really selling like hotcake. E still has many unit yet.

Wow, is just like a shopping mall @ bangsar, where the owner is super kaya, not any "Tom, Dick and Harry" can rent their shop lots ! :hmm

they will see & chk yr business profile, any must not a "cheapshop" selling cheap items"! innocent.gif

I see from SA ipad I would say is about 80% sold at A B already. E still has plenty of choices leh

How would be fb admins back up the developer? Since you said they are also owners themselves, do they prevent owners from providing feedbacks or they keep telling other owners that Exsim is the best developer and not to complain?🤔

Now gotta think whether to buy Millerz now...
