Passed by the construction site yesterday, seems like its already built up to 3 or 4 levels high

Hi guys,

Seeking opinions on the project, especially 1 room unit tower C. Wondering about potential subsale value and price appreciation based on location and any future plans on the area? First time investing and trying to get a grasp of the market. Loan approved for unit and made another booking for tower A which I sort of having second thoughts about right now. Thanks for the tips and views.
