Curious to see quality of workmanship inside..

Why did they have to waste money to put the block alphabet on the exterior wall like PPR flats..

And the neon green sign on the rooftop looks cheap and ugly at night

Interesting video..whats with the narrow corridor in new developments these days haha.. especially at this location.

From the vid, 1 lift for 2 units..is going to be such a pain to get in and out..

Finishing looks rough but probably acceptable by most.. Everything else like facade and facilities are pretty average for price.

View and location are awesome though..
