went on weekend to see the show unit and the block H most unit booked, except the 1600++ sqf still half of it not booked. So far only open 1 block, they mention will be launch on nov. If the price rm 850-RM900 psf will be acceptable. Walking distance to Publika and Solaris.

i think around 160 units. However still got 3 blocks not open yet (high rise). 7 blocks low rise also not open for book yet.

block H and I is stick together, see from outside look like together but actually is separate.

Only 3 lift. Really hard to explain the lift design. Some unit can used 3 lift to your unit, some only can use 2 lift to your unit. You have to see the layout plan only know what I mean.

it still have a service lift can serve for all 4 units. Actually facing the swimming pool , it can be serve by 3 lifts and facing highway can be serve by two lifts only. The lift is not side by side like what you think. You have to see the plan only can understand the lift location. If using the service lift for the unit facing swimming pool, you have to use the back door to enter your unit. So mean the front door and back door must using the same key to avoid forgot to bring the back door key.

Not in your consideration list , is because of the price, layout or location.

Price definitely is reasonable
Location is perfect walking distance to publika (100m) and solaris (50m) .
Actually I just do not like the lift layout.

I feel the location already very prime, the address is sri hartamas. If compare to sefina (Mont Kiara), the location agile still better. May be you are right the fitting is not so nice, because they are using the china design. However the developer not provide the fitting.

It will launch tomorrow. Anyone going.
