IMHO, Looks like a good project / concept in a good location.
However, price a little on the high side at this particular economic climate.
Any idea on the progressive interest payable during construction since there is no longer DIBS...any thumb rule to go about to calculate absolute price including progressive interest during construction?

Density wise:
Seni's maintenance fee including sinking fund: RM 0.25 psf (used to be RM 0.22 psf 2 years back)
Tiffani block A's maintenance fee including sinking fund: RM 0.30 psf (still maintained at 30 cents thanks to the fantastic job of the JMB...we even got a month's free 3 years back due to excess funds).
Pavilion Hilltop: RM 0.30 psf for now if am not mistaken

Honestly speaking; there's just too many choices for similar priced units in MK/Dutamas area... All chasing for the same buyers' pool...

If not mistaken; this plot of land is not under MK address; most likely Dutamas.
Not tht it matters as the location is superb in between the 2 Solarises...

Yes location is really really good; if this land belongs to Sunrise / Ireka / BKP; would be almost sold out by now

China buyers yes; but doubt there will be much or rather any China Expats staying... most are buying for investment as properties here are rather cheap...

Developer manage to change postal address to Mont Kiara? Physically, this plot of land does not come under MK. Similar with Arte and Icon.
