there are many resi skyscraper in MK already. i like the series of low rise blocks with a few taller ones in the middle. add variety rclxms.gif

Yes.. i actually reli like CG danga bays design.. varying heights like 20, 23, 26 etc.. will add beauty to d skyline...
I still waiting fr country garden to build mega project like danga bay in KV..

btw, prop slowdown in china gting worse.. they btr expand oversea at a faster rate

maybe 1800psf is before 30% disc for those ltv 70%, or its a buy 2 free 1 type of thing.

better don't in KL, already oversupply. look at rental suffering in KL, no need mega project. need more quality project built for comfortable living.

Occupancy 70+% now boss.. i still think nt enuf apartments fr the high migration rate to KV.. JB oversupply too much.. KL still decent.. btw, wht u think of 1.8kpsf here?

Jus find pop statistics fr KV as a whole.. KL maybe nt increasing a lot as some high density apartments are redeveloped to mid dense high end ones like bsar south etc... Selangor is increasing rapidly though
