For those who want to see how good your connection really is to NA servers, download this tool: http://support.enmasse.com/tera/how-to-run-the-eme-diag-tool

Run the tool, and save the results. Open it and search for "Connectivity Test". You'll find "enmasse port" values (80, 443 and 10001). If your number is 0.3 and lower, your connection is playable. After 0.3 it gets laggy. Last I did this test I managed to get around 0.3+ which means it's going to be laggy. The lower the number, the better.

Crafting often requires materials that are made from other professions, like weaponsmith needs stuff crafted from alchemy, while alchemy uses materials made from etching, etc etc.

PP generates painfully slow, like 1PP per minute. So if you're a heavy crafter/gatherer you may want to split characters into different accounts, like me. But things that are account bound, like items and elite status, cannot be shared between characters.

We do have a guild in Celestial Hills, its ok I guess, enough ppl to host raids and dungeons all night.

ahh... i see...
i guess i might switch over to celestial hill then.

one more thing, about the skill development, its fixed right? i mean, for example, like RO, u need to decide which skill path to go as u wont be able to learn every skill there is.

for tera, it seems like its fixed, like, for each skill level up, you only can learn this skill etc. am i correct?

the only variable ones are glyph i guess? tho i have yet to reach glyph level

Yea, in the end you will learn all skills. I guess the thing that makes each character different is the glyphs setup and how the skills are used.

I don't know if you guys already know this but you can get 2 wroth and schisma weapon boxes (4 boxes in total) by simply clearing AINM using instance matching (you'll get it via parcel). The weapon is random and since schisma has no type like disco, the chance of getting your weapon is much higher thumbup.gif

by help, you mean after you open WTFast you checked again using that tool? That tool is not hooked onto WTFast so it will not show anything. Just check the ping in game, and try playing the game with it. As long as it doesn't feel unplayable, you'll be fine.

You guys can try port forwarding too. And also put the port in high priority (QoS). It'll probably help even if little.
