I don't know if there are any other malaysian guild but the biggest I would say Darkness Reborn. Mostly people play at night though, around 8pm to 12am. I'd advise you to join just one character since space is kinda limited.

I think most would agree race doesn't really matter since the differences are negligible. Pick whatever class according to your playstyle; do keep in mind however certain classes are quite dependent on ping.

Not worth it bro, you'll quit before you even get level 65 mid tier gear if you don't have someone to play with. Best advice, play on PvE AV server since most malaysians / sgs are on that server

Only do server transfer if you've a lot of accumulated gold or valuable stuff in the bank. And since you're a first timer (and probably below level 65 too), I guess it's better to just make a new character.
I don't know much about other servers but AV is pretty decent. Though I recommend you to join Darkness Reborn (PVE guild) since it's a malaysian guild and there are a lot of active / end game players (even got a few Master of Timespace title holders).
