OK, I applied for Naza company 2 months back and I withdrawn my application soon after that because I found a job at a reputable company.

Now, the thing is, Naza put there on their site saying that I am "Kept for Future Consideration"

Is that a good thing?

Don't worry! Your first application was unsuccessful and they will keep your resume for future use if there is new position that suit your qualification. Other companies like Intel, Agilent and Motorola will do the same thing. biggrin.gif

Keeping your resume or application for future consideration is the best reason a company can come out with. Some companies will send you a letter a letter to tell you the same thing.

usually if they put u for future consideration, it means they have a better candidate for that position...my advise, just forget about it.

It's actually nothing ... just that your resume will be in their database or file cabinet. Not a big deal.
