Has any sifu here heard of a new development called EHSAN RESIDENCE in Nilai?

The developer is Ehsan Plant and Property. A rather small developer. Not alot of track record.

Any one has any insight? Looking for a property for investment, renting. It claimed that it is near INTI Nilai.

the developer is related to Ehsan Auctioneers SB, a big player in the auction property industry.

This project came out in last week The Edge.

This project is very slow...I think they are already launch for registration less than 1 year ago But still not fully sold. There are so mny options landed props below 400k in salak tinggi.

But the Glomac project all sold out already within the range of 350K-450K. Also from my point of view, people are more likely to rent apt/condo for its security aspect.

if u want to invest for rental...here is the best in term of price and loc...final block of casa dahlia apartment are now for sale. 853 sqft, 3r2b freehold selling price start from rm208k. Loc at salak tinggi under OIB group property. Search OIB in fb for the details.

I dont know the real situation, but i think if the later buyer has more discount compare to the previous buyer, this means property value is overpriced when they launch it.

Progress so far so good. It's just that late to get the key. I targetted end of 2017. Now most probably in July 2017. Planning to create a whatsapp group for Ehsan Residence owner. Any owner can pm me.
