Yes. Those are abondoned project. Sales agent told me that the company at first built the building to run a college business. He also told me that another company has bought over the land and there will be some development in the future. Most probably they will build shop lots. This information is shared with me by the sales agent so I'm not sure how true is it. Also if you drive near the abondoned project you can see a row of newly build shoplot which have some shops already opened. I think there is potential that this area will be developed in the near future.

I saw the signboard of this project but couldn't figure out where it is. Don't see any other construction in progress except for TI. People are talking about traffic jam. 4-5 years ago someone told me there will not be any traffic jam in Bangi. Now you can see traffic jam is everywhere in Bangi. I think nowadays you cannot avoid traffic jam.
