Yes, u can go check out Hijauan Heights (recently VP-ed) or Phase 2 called Puncak Hijauan which is FAR MORE AFFORDABLE (around RM300 psf with 1,000 SF!!) ..THIS IS SUPER EXPENSIVE IN TERMS OF PRICING. RIDICULOUS.

Yes, it is categorised as Apartment but it is the first apartment in Bangi area WITH CONDO FACILITIES..

By the way, I am not saying Tiara is not good..My point is that Tiara's price is super expensive..

Wow..that's great news for hijauan Heights owner, we all can rent the apartment at RM3k at least (1,127 sf) using the RM1.1k @ 400sf example..Haha, thx for informing Sean..

Now the GMI Students got another option @ HH with the same facilities ie gym room and swimming pool and not pigeon hole studio..

Bro, our Fren Sean given us the actual rental and it is HAPPENING NOW at GMI Hostel there..So I guess it is safe for me to assume that HH can fetch that kind of rental? 😅

Sean, may I know the hostel comes with gym or swimming pool?

hahaha..Kicimiao gor, i didnt say anything but just merely raising question..y lah so defensive this? I also hope that TI will fetch higher rent so that HH owner can use that as benchmark for comparison with HH to potential tenant..
