QUOTE(fwhoam @ Sep 14 2015, 07:49 PM) No wire cut needed. The hardest part is to open the front cover. After than just put a piece of plastic as an insulator and you are done. Good luck. yes i have done that n my battery doesnt drain when its OFF!! TQ so much! But when i ON it n connects with phone the % will drop like less than 2 min drop 1%. Is That normal? |

QUOTE(ChinWY @ Oct 16 2015, 05:35 PM) I did a 70 minute continuous recording.. files are broken up into 5 minutes and an extra short low resolution video which I deleted off. I was using a Kingma 1100ma battery and there was still still power left after that. In fact I did a 15 minute recording prior to that.. Each file is 0.5GB wow that was quite long. the battery i used was bought from ebay. consider no brand battery; 3.7 1010mA only can last about 55min. bought 2 and 1 totally down. What i did was join them using a free software - Avidemux. i did not check all video cz was testing on battery. 1920x1080 60p was clear n smooth. 10 min 35 sec file was 1.99GB |

Hey guys! tomorrow is holiday! Happy Deepavali in advance!
BTW, I last week i went SOJU and recorded some videos using 1080 24 fps the result is good. but one thing is that the sound is breaking up badly! it is because the sound is too loud? How to get a good quality of sound? I do not know how to upload video here.. lol |

QUOTE(akmalrosli @ Nov 19 2015, 03:29 PM) Does the yi always split up videos after 2gb is reach? I've tried recording in 60fps and 48fps 1080p but it'll still split it into a few videos. All videos are around 2gb in size. im having this problem also. after 10min it will split. i asked i think they didnt reply me. probably i think that fat32's thingy.. recording in 48fps get choppy right? Recently, i used it for water rafting is Padas, KK! It was so clear and great! just the battery couldnt last long enough! EDIT: Quick search and found out that this is a common problem. Something to do with Fat32's 2gb cap This post has been edited by sinchan88: Nov 19 2015, 04:14 PM |
