Anyone know any software that can zoom in on a video that is recorded in mpeg4 format by a dashcam?
I googled up and tried some sow but it doesn't clearly zoom in. I would like to zoom in on a motorcycle number plate in the video. Anyone know of such software or someone that offers such service? |

Is class 10 MicroSD fast enough for xiaoyi first gen 1080p recording?
