Am currently digi and wanna chg to smart rm50. But sales service is bad so mnp to celcom basic rm38. I told the sales my friend used smart rm50 and subscribe contract to get rm5 rebate. Then she told me only plan rm78 got contract and acted unhappy oledi. Then i request i wanna use auto billing to get rebate rm5 for 6 months then again she asked me hv to do it in selected service centre. Since so troublesome i just mnp to celcom and done in 15min
