Lowyat members, Need help to solve my problem here.

I'm staying at 18th floor, top floor of my condo. As all are aware, top floor will definitively have low water pressure. Need some advise on if there is any solution for it? Thanks.

Anyone know if water pump allow in condo?

ask management to adjust, if still no difference then install pump.
cost around rm1000 should be good enough.

???

Basically its just a pressure pump u install it after the water meter.
Water source will be boosted to your piping network

Normally condo have pump to solve this. Installed by management for all units. Just moved in or just recently faced this problem?

No you cannot. Before water meter, it is connected to PBA (whatever). So if you put pump there, means you pull up the distributed water to the area to yourself. This is illegal. You must put after water tank wink.gif

actually i also facing this problem, but how to get water? now condo with 2 bathroom and only can use by turn to bath.

go to management, they neglect us, feel to build a buffer tank... but no place for it since is condo. install pump also no use in this case. my pump in water heater stop very often.

I'm not sure if each unit has tank. Even low cost flat has water tank in each unit but located just above the bathroom. Not much pressure there laugh.gif

Probably you can gather all the tenants with similar problem. Got leader there? Complaint to management and if still no action can change to new management. I dunno the situation of condo there sad.gif

if management ignore.. is good as stop paying maintenance. what for paying maintenance, since the issue has been ignored by management.
