Hi everyone. As a foreigner planning to buy the laptop for the first time in Malaysia, I appreciate your comments about 2 issues:

- Windows installation: Is the Windows software installation included in the price of the laptop ? Or I need to ask the retailer to install it for me ?

- Place to buy: I prefer to buy at the physical store, not Internet websites coz I feel it is safer and more reliable. Is it true ? But I afraid that the shop doesn't have all the models which are advertised online. And I don't want to buy at Low Yat Plaza, coz in my opinion, this place is quite messy...

Hello. I want to ask whether the graphic card GTX 965M 2GB DDR5 is more powerful than GTX 960M 4GB DDR5. I play only FIFA series. Thanks.

Anybody can recommend for me the laptop which has the most affordable price to play FIFA 16 (and hopefully 17, 18) ? I prefer at least 8GB RAM and 14" display. Thanks.

Thanks. My affordable price is maximum RM2999. I just found out some alternatives. Can you compare it with Dell 7447 for me ?

- Acer Aspire E5-573G-74C5: i7-5500U, NVIDIA Geforce 940M 2GB DDR3, screen size 15.6", RM2999.
- Acer Aspire R3-471TG-505J: i5-5200U, NVIDIA Geforce 820M 2GB DDR3, touchscreen 14", RM2699.
- Lenovo Flex 2 14: Touchscreen 14", i5-4210U, NVIDIA Geforce GT840 4GB DDR3, RM2861 (?).

dell 7447 is pure quad core i7 compare those i7 Ulv which is dual core processor.. besides that gtx850m/950m is outstanding than those gt940m..

performance, they cant even match dell 7447.. but if only on battery usage, light work. they are contender...

It is likely that I can increase my budget to RM3499. Hence maybe I can have more choices than only Dell 7447 hmm.gif

if you can increase until that.. 15" will be much better... better heat management.

I am thinking of getting this one:
Acer VN7-591G-73A2
Specs

Windows 8.1 Single Language
Intel Core i7-4710HQ Quad-core 2.50 GHz
39.6 cm (15.6") Full HD (1920 x 1080) 16:9 IPS
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M with 2 GB Dedicated Memory
12 GB, DDR3L SDRAM
1 TB HDD + 8 GB SSD

Price: RM3399

You have any comments about this ?

its better you get Aspire V Nitro VN7-591G-78SG new version with gtx960m. the 1 with gtx860 hv heat issue. source from acer forum.

lots of improvement being made.
with ips display.. the screen much brighter, and clearer.. 1tb hdd supported with 8gb ssd cache will helps speed up read/write of the hard disk.

Thanks, but it exceeds my budget (RM3999).

And I just found out info about Dell 7447 in the latest Dell brochure. All 3 models have a card GTX 850M 4GB DDR3 only sad.gif So maybe my final choice is Lenovo Y50-70: 15.6” FHD , i7-4720HQ , 12GB , 1TB + 8GB SSHD , GTX960M 2GB , W8.1 , RM3599

I see. Thanks guys. Any chance of getting a UHD screen? I think I may fork out around 4500.. Lenoyo Y50 looks amazing but a bit expensive and the GC is 860m only. Actually is there really a difference with 960m?
*

I saw all big Lenovo concept stores have already displayed the latest Y50-70 model with GC GTX 960M.
