are there any laptop below that price with i5 and gt840m? i've only found

pavilion 14-n270tx Price was ~RM1700 in lelong.. very interesting with those kind of specs..(Old Model + out of stock and such) and probably it was the cheapest one i've seen with those kind of specs.. Any other model? Thanks!

If I'm in SG, sure go for Aftershock. Cause it most probably will be cheaper. Aftershock price converted to MYR is also very competitive, some model even cheaper than ILLEGEAR also.

aftershock m-15 already SGD1559.. while he can get better spec than aftershock m-15. + add another hdd.. or add sshd

I see it is without any OS. I think that is the only one within your budget. Go get it, HP isnt that bad.

Well, the closest i can find is.... Why not look at the garage sale section, you might find it there.

- none, but would avoid unknown brands.

2. Budget
- ~RM2k

3. Usage
- Personal laptop to complement work laptop. Touchscreen. Laminated display preferred. 4GB RAM. Not intend to play games, but must not stutter when watching youtube or when switching between 20 tabs in chrome. HDMI output. Thinner form factor is a plus. Can consider tablets too.

4. Preferred laptop/screen size
- =<14" for portability reasons.

My work laptop is HP EliteBook 820 G1, which introduced me to the wonderful world of touchscreen ultrabooks. I would love something like it, but cheaper laugh.gif
