Others need help connection prob.., where to get this item

My dsl and internet not blinking, as well as my house phone..
However, when i connect my house phone directly to the source plug,my phone hav the dial tone.. So i suspect this splitter or adapter spoil. Where to buy this thing..attached photo. Wrong channel..closed.sorry This post has been edited by daniel2006: Mar 31 2015, 08:56 PM Attached thumbnail(s)
