Stability stick with Unifi.
Astro IPTV uses Maxis which comes with shitty router and u can't replace it. That stupiak router will hang / crash when hot.

IPTV using unifi port. The stability is depend on TM. Unless your area have maxis own port. It is cheaper and better which is double speed. You may contact me for more information 012 6069908

I was tempting to apply astro IPTV. Problem is I don understand the price.
My current plan is Superpack 3, which is RM84.80. I called astro to ask for upgrade. They said if I take 10mbps so just top up RM156.88, which means my monthly bill will be RM241.68.
But I checked their office site, Astro IPTV + superpack is just RM188.68.
I'm so confusing right now, somebody correct me, thx.

Cheaper cause 149 (maxis fiber 10Mbps) vs 179 (unifi 30Mbps)? How I know the area got maxis own port?

QUOTE(OldKidz @ Nov 19 2015, 04:56 PM) Uhmmm totally no idea... hahaha... can describe more? Okay, I try to use as many non-technical term here. Look at the box, usually located at back alley if your house is landed property. For apartment and condominium, usually that room which where the box are placed is locked, so it's hard to tell without access into the room.

Getting Started
|
Maxis: No Internet = No TV Service Down, depend on problem might need wait extra day for TM engineer (if using TM infra for Maxis). Stupid router not stable. Claim using dish at the same time, I know this is being tested, not sure if rolled out now. Gives Private IP, not public IP ... not sure if this is still the case.
TM: Stable More expensive Public IP No internet still have TV Router not as shitty as Maxis crap.
