I am not sure if this is allowed, but since I don't see any thread solely for the purpose of 3ds game recommendations, so here it is.

My boyfriend's birthday is coming up soon in mid April, to keep things easy I decided to just buy him a new 3ds game.

I know that he likes pokemon (duhh) and he's currently playing Monster Hunter 4.

I am not that familiar with other 3ds games, except for the harvest moon series
I only play a few HM and Rune Factory games, and that are pretty much all I play hahaha

What kind of games that your bf usually plays? Does he like jrpg? platformers?

You can also consider Nintendo E-Shop cash codes. Since he likes Pokemon and things. He can use that for Pokebanks.

Why not Fantasy Life? You can get two and play together with him

Yup, best to know what you think he will like. because if RPGs, there's plenty.
