I am asking on behalf of a friend who seems to have problem and queries on UBS system. She requested her finance to generate a sales report with basic information like Customer name, product, quantity, revenue, date of transaction for her sales analysis. Basically she is asking whether UBS able to generate a list of transactions as above in excel so that she can do a pivot table. But her finance said that UBS could not generate such data. Since I am not familiar with UBS, so is it true on what the finance said or is there any other alternative?
