Just a little note:
Our kindle book work on all kindle devices, guaranteed. If we provide you with the original AZW3 that do not work on your kindle devices, we will replace your purchase with same valued book of your choice or refund. However, the book have to fail to perform on our kindle devices as well. If it works on ours but not yours, there is something wrong either on your downloaded files or your device. We tested all our downloaded files from amazon before sending to you.
We do not give any promise to the converted version as the original kindle book is designed to be view on kindle devices, with original format.
However, we did not encounter problems with books most of the tiem. Unless there is a lots of table, diagrams and photo, converted version usually work. 90% of books work well either in azw3, mobi, epub and PDF.
If u are sure that the books are full of photo and diagrams and you do not own a kindle device, please think twice before your order. We can't refund or exchange when the original version worked. Amazon won't serve any of this complain as their books are not intended to be converted.
