As I've mentioned many threads ago, there is most probably NO Horde guilds that raid at GMT+8 time on a PvE server. So if you're a Horde in a PvE server you can: 1. Reroll somewhere else 2. Never raid and be a lone ranger. 3. Wait for some PvE Horde guild to appear so you can xfer Aman'thul is a new PvE Oceanic server. It will be open for transfers in December (according to Blizzard). Being in an Oceanic server means no more LFM for 3 hours with no results for a 5 man instance, there are people on to enchant/make stuff that you need, guildies are on to help/chat when you're on, AND you can raid after work and not at 3am. Me, my boyfriend, and ray_ (from lowyat.net ) are thinking of starting a GMT+8 Horde guild on Aman'thul. I have a lv60 priest on another server which I plan to transfer to Aman'thul once it is open for transfers. I have raiding experience all the way to BWL. Anyone is welcome to join us as long as you're not Alliance:b Interested? Drop me a PM here or in game. My characters names on Aman'thul are Chimaera and Nees.

So please come for the love of the Horde. I've never really spoken to her BF but I think he's hot. So the chicks should come too. <3

I like to join a Horde guild but i don't think Oceanic server is suitable for that. Sooner or later it will be crowded like other Oceanic server, imagine you need to queue everytime you try to login, that's really painful experience.

From my experience, playing at prime time (7pm - 11pm) on weekdays on Aman'thul, the longest I had to wait was less than a minute. And I was put in a queue probably just 4 times so far. So the issue is slightly overblown.
I've never logged on on weekends so I'm not sure how that works out.

I think it is just a matter of time before this server get crowded, there are too few Oceanic servers to be chosen.

QUOTE(mengdez @ Oct 17 2006, 10:20 PM) I think it is just a matter of time before this server get crowded, there are too few Oceanic servers to be chosen. You've just described virtually every server in the world. Given enough popularity and time, any server would be overloaded. In fact NA WoW servers would have been overloaded eons ago if not for Blizzards savvy business aptitude, good old economics at work. Blizzard has just added Dath'Remar as a new Oceanic PvE server, just as the demands picks up for WoW Oceanic server and the QoS degrades. You can bet your bottom Ringgit that Blizzard will be adding more servers to milk this bloated cash cow to Desolace. This post has been edited by ray_: Oct 18 2006, 12:38 AM

Maybe you misundertood me, yes, every server will get crowded eventually but the crowded i mean here is when we login at our prime time, we need to queue for long. If you join other server than Oceanic server, i assure you this won't happen. When i am login to my server at 8-9pm Malaysia time, i can really see only few people running around here and there, i think this is the server we should be in, imagine if BC released, you need to expect that people crowded for quest in Oceanic server. However, there still pros for Oceanic server, we can get the players play at the same time with us easily. If you guys really go for real, i think i will transfer my character there or create a whole new character there. BE paladin. This post has been edited by mengdez: Oct 18 2006, 08:25 AM

I do agree mengdez, there are pros and cons for playing in each of those servers. I've always had no problems farming for gromsblood in the Pacific server that I played in. But then it gets pretty lonely...in fact I got so lonely sometimes that I even go pugging at ST with my priest who's in epics just because I wanted something to do! BE pally huh? Just don't name it after a certain elf character from LOTR

Lylin, Awak, and this other character (I can't for the life of me remember her name QQ. so used to playing with her main...) are there on Amathul. We're all just 'fun alts' and don't really plan to play hardcore on amanthul but we're there. Put us in your friends list. We're all less then lvl 10 at the moment tho.

Np, I can give you some cheapo enchants since I've picked up enchanting recently for my lock. Put me on your FL too: Chimaera QUOTE(mengdez @ Oct 25 2006, 08:40 AM) Haha, i won't, i will name her 'Cantik' LOL better create an alt named "Cantik" on the server now in case it gets taken when you wanna create your BE and then you resort to some form of Legoless, Leggylass, Lugulas, xxxlegolasxxx etc etc
