i jus finish interview with two public listed company yesterday...


but to my surprise, one of d company says taht d basic pay is rm1800 and after probation period of 6 month, therer will b no increment... WTHH!! after she saw my reaction, she tell me to thnk ab it and giv her answer on this monday....

i thknk small company do offer more benefits than does big ones.... can any1 convince me to change to bigger company??


act, currently im working in consultant firm and was thinkin to migrate to construction firm.... is it a good choice?? my main concern is always ab money..
