If I do a internal phone factory reset on my rooted Note 3 with stock ROM (rooted with Odin), will it harm my phone? Will my phone still be rooted after factory reset?

Can you take a screen shot of your "About Phone" page?

My lollipop flashing didn't go well.
Previously on KK, flash the bootloader and modem (phone turn off,take out battery, put in and boot to download mode), then flash the custom ROM, find out battery drain too fast, check find out baseband still at KK. Go back download flash again the modem, thing goes bad. i duno since when this rom is activation lock enabled, once boot showing "custom binary blocked by reactivation lock secure fail kernel" cant normal boot,cant boot to recovery. some said flash again,boot to download mode and choose cancel for normal boot but not successful. Try extract the boot.img from custom rom convert to tar and flash.fail..end up flash the stock firmware,boot in,quickly unticked the activation lock, then flash recovery, and restore the previous backup image. It's a horrible nightmare. |

I'm on AryaMod V5.1, when i flash leankernel lk_hlteeur-v6.1.6(already wipe cache partition and dalvik cache) my phone cant deep sleep, staying at 300hz. Flash CivZ-Lollipop_Xplorer-Rev3.8-N9005 then can go deep sleep, anyone facing this problem?
