i just bought my macbook around a month but sometime my mac keep hang and cannot be shutdown or restart.This already happen to me around 4 times.Then i have to remove battery.Kindly assist on this. didnt add any ram,it comes with factory seting.the thing hang bcoz i use 3G connection via blutooth,it suddenly disconnecting and cannot quit problem.wen try shutdown its hang at blue screen with rotating objects for long time..press power button not function,then i need to take out battery.i'm afraid hard disk spoil if do like that.pls advise.

Best way is to call up Applecare, or bring it back to where you bought it.

when want to shut down try to unplug all ur USB devices n off ur bluetooth
