I'm sorry to hear that. I've been in the same situation before, but not as bad. Just want to add I have been dealing with them many times and most of the times it's very pleasant. Their price is one of the cheapest that you can find.

Bear in mind that they operate more like a distributor/system installers rather than walk-in shop. It's usually not more than 3 people in the office. So sometimes no one is at their office because of taking turn lunch, out for delivery. The phone reception there is pretty bad. Sometimes you can't get hold of them.

For me, I'll double or triple confirm with them before going to their premise. If you can accept this shortcoming, I think you will find a lot of decent priced items that they are selling.
