this is the explaination of Sky in his blog but is written in chinese... In his blog, he mentioned that he didn't know watching replays of opponents wasn't allowed and he only did it ONCE but for the news posted in gotfrag they actually mentioned that sky did it twice ... doing it once or twice does make a huge difference to judge this case imo...
